Introducing Conversational AI Pages: Drive Leads, Bookings, & Conversions Anywhere
Today, we’re introducing Conversational AI Pages — shareable AI agent pages you can drop anywhere in your funnel to drive more leads, sales, engagement, and bookings.
If you’re growing your business online, you’ve probably seen the same pattern play out. Someone lands on your website, link-in-bio, newsletter, or email with genuine interest. They’re considering working with you, buying from you, or booking time. But they have questions. And when they can’t get the answers they need fast enough, many of them bounce, and conversion quietly suffers.
Meanwhile, you’re stuck:
trying to fix conversion with more copy, more pages, and more A/B tests
answering the same questions again and again in DMs and email
wasting precious time and energy on calls with the wrong leads
relying only on static pages and forms that can’t adapt, personalize, or go deeper
and losing opportunities because your digital channels aren’t working as hard as they should.
Despite all our tools, improving engagement and conversion is still far harder than it should be. AI can change that.
Conversational AI Pages were built to fix that.
Over the past several months, we’ve spoken with creators, marketers, founders, and teams who all said the same thing: most AI chatbots are built for basic Q&A or support. While some can be shared across channels, they’re rarely built for growth. They’re limited in customization and functionality — and not designed to drive real conversions across top-of-funnel touchpoints like link in bio, newsletters, DMs, and social posts. We didn’t want to build another limited chatbot. We wanted to build a conversion-driven AI agent you can share anywhere your audience is.
What Are Conversational AI Pages
A Conversational AI Page is an on-brand landing page powered by an AI agent trained on your content and instructions — a shareable page you can drop anywhere in your funnel to engage, qualify, and convert visitors.
Instead of sending visitors to a static webpage, you send them into a live, interactive conversation.
Your AI Page can be shared as a link, embedded on your website, linked to your CTA buttons, added to your link-in-bio, included in newsletters, dropped into social posts or DMs, or used in ads and courses. Wherever your audience already is, your AI Page can meet them there.
It doesn’t just display information. It responds.
Visitors can ask questions and get instant answers based on your content. The AI understands intent, adapts to context, and helps guide people toward the next step.
What Your AI Page Can Do
Your AI Page can be shared anywhere your audience already interacts with your brand — on your website, link in bio, blog, newsletter, or social posts. Once someone lands there, your AI answers questions instantly using the content you’ve trained it on — your website, links, FAQs, documents, videos, and more — along with your custom instructions.
Rupali Renjen is the co-founder of Surfn AI, where she builds conversational AI agents that help businesses and creators engage audiences, uncover deeper audience insights, and turn more conversations into growth.
It can guide visitors through a short conversational flow to understand what they need and what stage they’re in. Using conditional logic, it can qualify leads before booking time — ensuring that calls are reserved for the right prospects, while others are guided to a resource, newsletter, or next best step.
By asking questions conversationally and triggering different actions based on conditional logic, your AI Page can adapt to each visitor in real time. It can capture leads, gather feedback, qualify or pre-screen users, and personalize next steps based on their responses — guiding each person toward the action that makes the most sense.
Your AI can also take action directly inside the chat. It can display booking calendars, forms, surveys, videos, product links, images, testimonials, or case studies exactly when they’re relevant — without sending people to another static page.
Instead of dropping a generic “Book a call” button and hoping for the best, your AI can surface the right content directly in the chat based on what the visitor actually says.
Behind the scenes, every conversation and captured lead can sync automatically to Google Sheets, your CRM, or any tool you use through Zapier. You’re not just engaging visitors — you’re collecting structured data and learning what your audience cares about.
In practice, AI Pages can work as 24/7 support agents, interactive lead magnets, appointment booking assistants, course guides, AI coaches, qualifying or pre-screening agents, or product explainers. They help you stay available 24/7, reduce repetitive back-and-forth, and convert more of the traffic you already have — without adding headcount.

How do I create my AI agent?
Creating your AI agent takes just a few minutes.
1. Train your agent
Start by connecting your content. Add your website, files, YouTube videos, product links, FAQs, and more. Your AI learns from the materials you provide and uses them to answer questions accurately and clearly.
No code required. You can update or retrain your agent anytime.
2. Customize everything
Define your AI agent’s role and control how it looks, sounds, and behaves. Add qualifying questions, set conversion goals, and assign tasks that tell your AI what to do — and when to do it.
You can configure it to:
ask questions conversationally
capture leads
book calls
surface relevant content like videos, products, or testimonials
trigger actions based on user intent
Leads and conversation data can sync automatically to your dashboard, Google Sheets, your CRM, or any tool you use via Zapier.
Chat Personalization
Surfn Pro users can enable chat personalization, allowing your AI to ask for and read a visitor’s website during the conversation. The AI can then understand what their business does, who they serve, and use that context to personalize responses in real time.
This makes it possible to provide tailored guidance, pre-qualify leads before booking a call, and create more relevant conversations from the start. It can also be used as a powerful lead magnet — inviting users to enter their website for personalized feedback or recommendations inside your blog, newsletter, or ad campaigns.
Once your AI Page is ready, share it wherever your audience already spends time.
Add it to your website. Drop it in your link in bio. Include it in newsletters, DMs, courses, communities, or ads. Or embed it directly on your site in minutes. With Surfn, you can choose from multiple embed options for your website (inline, corner popup, slider, full page, or modal).
Wherever you place it, your AI engages visitors and guides them toward the right next step.
4. Learn from every conversation
As people interact with your AI, you can view conversation history and insights inside your dashboard. See what questions are being asked, what visitors care about most, their intent, sentiment, and where opportunities exist.
Instead of guessing what’s working, you can see it clearly — and improve from there.
Most people build their first AI Page in under five minutes. No code needed.
How Creators & Businesses Are Using Conversational AI Pages
When someone is considering booking a call, joining a membership, or making a purchase, they usually need more clarity before they feel confident enough to move forward. The ability to answer questions instantly, educate prospects about your offer, build trust, and guide them toward the next step — exactly when interest peaks — is what Conversational AI agents are designed to do.
Agencies & Consultants: From Static Forms to Pre-Screened Conversations
Before
Many agencies and consultants use a form to pre-screen prospects before booking a call. The goal is simple: gather enough information up front so you’re prepared — and ideally, only book time with qualified leads.
But forms have limits. They collect data, but they don’t respond. They don’t educate. They don’t clarify objections.
Prospects often have questions before they’re ready to book:
Is this the right fit for my business?
What kind of results can I expect?
What does your process look like?
What’s the typical budget range?
If they can’t get answers easily, they hesitate — and many drop off before ever submitting the form.
On the other hand, simply adding a chatbot isn’t enough either. An AI that only answers questions without taking action doesn’t solve the core problem. Agencies need something that can both educate prospects and move the right ones forward.
After
With Surfn, agencies and consultants can embed a Conversational AI agent directly into their website — behind a “Book a Meeting” button, on a services page, or as a persistent assistant in the corner.
Instead of a static form, prospects enter a live conversation.
The AI can:
answer questions about services, pricing, and process
explain who your agency is best suited for
ask qualifying questions conversationally
gather structured information about budget, timeline, and goals
Based on the responses, the AI can:
book a meeting with your team
route the lead to the right service
or guide them to a resource if they’re not yet qualified
For example: If a prospect’s budget is above your minimum threshold, the AI can show your booking calendar in chat. If not, it can offer a lower-commitment option like a resource or newsletter.
You can even make a Conversational AI Page the primary way prospects learn about your business and schedule time — turning what used to be a static form into a guided, intelligent intake experience.
Instead of choosing between “educate first” and “qualify first,” you do both — in one conversation.
The result: fewer wasted calls, better-prepared meetings, and a higher-quality pipeline.
Creators & Coaches: From Static Link-in-Bio to Conversational Funnel
Before
A creator’s link-in-bio typically sends people to a static page. It might be:
a Linktree-style list of links
a Calendly booking page
a long, overwhelming sales page
a course or paid membership page
People click. They scroll. They skim. But they still have questions.
Is this right for me?
What’s included?
How much time does it require?
Is this for beginners or advanced?
What happens after I sign up?
Because the page can’t respond, visitors are left to figure it out on their own. Many leave without taking the next step — not because they aren’t interested, but because they aren’t confident yet.
After
Instead of sending followers to a static list of links or a long sales page, creators can send them to a Conversational AI Page — or embed a Surfn AI agent directly into an existing page.
For example, your Linktree can include a “Chat with my AI” or “Book a consultation” button that opens a live conversational experience. You can make your entire link in bio a Conversational AI Page, so visitors interact with your AI immediately. Or you can embed a Surfn agent directly on your website, sales page, or membership page to support visitors in real time.
When someone arrives, they’re greeted by an AI agent trained on your content, offers, FAQs, and messaging.
The AI can answer specific questions instantly, explain who a program is (and isn’t) for, personalize recommendations based on what someone says, and guide them toward the right next step — whether that’s booking a call, joining a membership, signing up for a course, or downloading a free resource.
If someone isn’t ready to buy, the AI can suggest a lower-commitment option, like a newsletter or free guide. If they are ready, it can surface the checkout link or booking page at the right moment.
Instead of guessing which link to click, visitors are guided.
Instead of bouncing with uncertainty, they get clarity.
The result is a link-in-bio that doesn’t just list options — it becomes an interactive funnel that engages, educates, qualifies, and converts.
Writers & Experts: Make Your Blog or Newsletter Interactive With Conversational AI
Before
A reader discovers your blog post or opens your newsletter. They read it. They get value. They nod along. And then they leave.
Most blogs and newsletters are static experiences. Readers consume the content, but if they have a question, need clarification, or want to understand how your ideas apply specifically to them, there’s nowhere to go in that moment.
They might be thinking:
How would this work for my business?
Is this right for my stage?
What would you recommend for my situation?
But because the content can’t respond, the momentum fades. Many readers who were genuinely interested never take the next step — not because they don’t see value, but because they don’t yet see how it applies to them.
What if even 20% of those readers who typically drop off could convert — book a meeting, make a purchase, join your subscription, or become a member?
After
With Conversational AI Pages, your blog or newsletter becomes interactive.
You can include a clear CTA in your post or email that links to your AI agent page, inviting readers to dive deeper into the topic or receive personalized guidance. Instead of ending with “learn more,” you can say: Chat with my AI to see how this applies to you.
You can also embed your AI agent directly inside your blog — as a sidebar widget or inline within the article — so readers can ask questions without leaving the page.
As they engage, your AI can:
answer follow-up questions
personalize recommendations
clarify objections
and guide them toward the right next step
That might mean booking a call, joining your newsletter, purchasing a product, or exploring a paid offer.
Instead of a one-way content experience, your blog or newsletter becomes a conversational funnel — turning passive readers into qualified conversations and measurable conversions.
SaaS & Tech Startups: From Demo Page to Qualified Pipeline
Before
Most SaaS companies drive traffic to a static “Book a Demo” page — often a form or Calendly link.
The goal is simple: get qualified prospects into a sales conversation.
But the problem is familiar. Prospects land on the page… and they still have questions:
Is this built for companies like mine?
Does it integrate with our existing tools?
How long does implementation take?
What’s pricing based on?
Is this overkill for our team size?
Some fill out the form anyway. Many hesitate — and leave. Sales teams end up spending time on unqualified demos, repetitive pre-sale questions, and calls that could have been filtered earlier.
Static demo pages collect information. They don’t guide. They don’t educate in real time. They don’t qualify dynamically.
After
With Surfn, SaaS teams can turn their demo page into a live, guided conversation.
Instead of dropping visitors into a static form, they enter an AI-powered intake experience trained on your product, use cases, documentation, FAQs, and positioning.
The AI can:
answer technical and pre-sale questions instantly
explain integrations and workflows
clarify ideal customer profile
ask qualifying questions conversationally
gather structured data about team size, budget, timeline, and goals
Based on responses, it can:
route the lead to the correct sales rep
surface the right case study
book a demo with qualified prospects
or guide early-stage visitors to a resource or trial
Instead of forcing every visitor into the same funnel, your AI adapts in real time.
✓ Early researchers get clarity.
✓ Qualified buyers get fast access to sales.
✓ Unqualified prospects are filtered automatically.
The result: fewer wasted demos, better pipeline quality, and a more efficient revenue engine — without adding SDR headcount.
The Shift From Static Pages to Conversational Pages
For years, we’ve tried to improve conversion by tweaking copy, redesigning pages, optimizing buttons, and running more A/B tests.
But static pages have a fundamental limitation: they can’t respond. They can’t clarify in real time. They can’t ask follow-up questions. They can’t adapt to the person on the other side of the screen.
Conversational AI changes that. Instead of building more pages, you build a page that talks back. Instead of sending traffic into a fixed funnel, you give every visitor a guided experience.
Conversational AI Pages aren’t meant to replace everything you’ve built. They’re designed to make everything you’ve built work harder.
✓ Your link in bio.
✓ Your website.
✓ Your newsletter.
✓ Your demo page.
✓ Your ads.
Wherever someone interacts with your brand, they can now interact with you — instantly.
