Custom AI Tasks let your agent do more than just chat — they help drive conversions. You can set tasks like:

• Booking calls or appointments • Capturing and qualifying leads • Recommending products or services • Collecting feedback or reviews • Embedding videos, forms, product grids, or resources • Guiding users to the right plan or next step

Your agent triggers these tasks at the right moments, so conversations turn into actions.

Each time a visitor sends a message to your AI agent, it uses AI credits. Credit usage varies based on the AI model selected.

Faster models use fewer credits, while advanced reasoning models use more credits because they’re designed for more complex conversations and AI Tasks.

Training size is the total amount of content you add to your agent—like uploaded files, website pages, or YouTube transcripts. Larger plans give you more space for bigger datasets.

Fast models are lighter and cost fewer credits, making them great for quick replies. Advanced models are more powerful, with higher accuracy and nuance—ideal for complex or high-stakes use cases.

If you reach your limit, your agent will pause until the next billing cycle. You'll also have the option to upgrade instantly so you can keep things running without interruption.
